Ooni Roasting Pan Large

This roasting pan is specially designed to perform at the ultra-high temperatures that Ooni pizza ovens can reach. The Ooni roasting pan is incredibly versatile and durable, allowing you to slow roast chicken, meat, fish and vegetables to perfection. Made from a single piece of top-quality 2 mm thick stainless steel, the pan can withstand high temperatures, acids and even direct flame contact without warping or discolouring.

Included is a high-quality oak cutting board with an innovative tilted design with grooves to catch all the delicious roasting liquid for savoury sauces and gravies.

The roasting pan and grill rack can go in the dishwasher after use. The cutting board can be washed by hand.

• Large Only compatible with Ooni Koda 2 Max and domestic ovens.
• Note! Ooni roasting slides are not compatible with 12″ Ooni pizza ovens.
