This perforated aluminium Ooni 14″ Pizza Peel is designed for preparing pizzas up to a width of 14″ (36 cm).
The Pizza Peel is easy to handle for easy sliding, rotating and taking out pizzas from your Ooni oven.

Particularly good gliding properties due to the perforated Peel: less surface area means less friction.
Use the flat edge to slide straight under the pizza base, while the perforations deliver a perfectly baked pizza as the heat quickly evaporates and excess flour falls off the pizza base.
Due to the perforation, the pizza flour falls off the dough, so no more flour is burned in the Ooni oven, which again results in less smoke, less chance of burnt pizza crust.
