The braided stainless steel rings allow you to easily remove caked-on food residues without damaging the patina of your pan or using washing-up liquid.

How to use the scrubber
- Let your cast iron pan cool completely after use
- Then fill it with warm water (note, never leave water in your cast-iron pan for a longer period of time)
- Use the scrubber to scrub the food residues from your pan, do not use any cleaning products.
- Then rinse your pan well and dry.
- Make sure you always let your cast-iron pan dry completely before storing it again.
The scrub mat can be reused countless times and is very easy to clean.
