- Coarse grey sea salt from Brittany

Tomasu soy sauce is fermented and aged for at least 24 months in 25- to 50-year-old whisky casks, specially sourced from the best distilleries in Scotland. By using these casks as ageing vessels, the flavour is quite rich and one-of-a-kind.
Also nice to give as a gift or just nice to use in your own kitchen.
