Tomasu soy sauce is fermented and aged for a minimum of 24 months in whisky casks that are 25 to 50 years old, specially sourced from Scotland's finest distilleries. By using these casks as ageing vessels, the flavour is quite rich and one-of-a-kind.
Also nice to give as a gift or just nice to use in your own kitchen.
