The OFYR Cage is the perfect accessory for the professional chef who loves show cooking. Its dome-shaped structure allows food to be suspended from the steel arches, creating a unique and interactive visual element.
The heat of the fire slowly cooks the ingredients, from meat and fish to fruit and vegetables.
Because the Cage is attached to the outer edge of the plate, the cooking surface remains free to prepare other dishes. Ingredients can be hung in the Cage with skewers and S-hooks.
