Monolith Fire Plate Plancha – Icon/Junior

Experience different preparation options with different temperature zones, for all dishes that are not possible on a grill grid. For example, pieces of meat can first be seared in the middle and then gently cooked on the edge. A high edge in the middle prevents fat fires.

The fire plate was specially developed for the Icon grill and is simply placed on the body of the Icon. Once the lid has been removed, you can start grilling. The continuous edge on the plate makes it easy to turn smaller items with a spatula.
